Report File (Crystal reports)

It is now possible to manage the Crystal report files from AWA.

From a PRODUCTION environment :

You can only download a Crystal report file

From a BETA environment :

You can download and upload a Crystal report file

The Crystal report file upload in a production ENVIRONMENT is still performed by the ADSOFTWARE support Team.

Access :

To download or upload files, the connection to AWA must be perform directly by your navigator, without going trough a session on airpack.adsoftware.fr (for cloud customer).

From a V14, Available from DATA Management > Report file

From a V15, Available from Additional Tools > DATA Management > Report file :

 

Download :

First, it is necessary to have the name of the needed file. If you don't know it, the name is available in the document print preview in AIRTIME :

 

Then you can go on the AWA report file window., in "Download" tab.

Find the file you need, a search toolbar is available to help you :

 

Then Click on the file name to download it.

Upload :

As mentioned before, you must be in a BETA environment to upload a file. This file will be only upload in the BETA env. and will be not available in the PRODUCTION env.

NOTE :

• Please be aware of the name of the custom report you want to upload : if you name it the same as the original, only the custom report will be displayed in the list in the download tab.
• To have a different name the generic name, you must add a the text in bracket. Only the text in the brackets will be added to the generic name.

Example :

• We recommend to rename the custom report with a unique name.
• Your custom report file should not exceed 5mo, and need to be .rpt extension.

Go in the "Upload" tab :

 

Click on the Crystal report field selection to add a file from your computer.

Then click on the "Upload" button to finalize the action.

The system will automatically classify the file by his name.
