How to Activate Your Zendesk Account

1. Navigate to https://adsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-nz then click "Sign in"

2. Click "Sign up" to create account or entre credentials if you already have any

3. Enter your full name and email address then click "Submit"

4. Click "Close"

5. Check your mailbox then click "Activate account"

6. Click the "Your password" field and enter a password that match the requirements

7. Click "Set password"

8. You are then redirected to the helpdesk and can start "Submiting a request"
