Prerequisites

Create a directory C:\ADSoftware on the computer to be installed
Copy the package "ADSoftwareAirPackClientTools-1200.msi" to the computer to be installed
Have administrator rights on the target machine
Presence of Microsoft WebView2 (this is the case if Microsoft Edge is installed). Otherwise, follow the link Microsoft Edge WebView2 | Microsoft Edge Developer

Procedure

Run the installer "ADSoftwareAirPackClientTools-1200.msi" as an Administrator
Select the C:\ADSoftware directory as the location (default value)
Choose the "custom" option and do not check airtime, airstock, airuser
Only one option should remain checked: "Airpack Client Tools"

Wait for the installation to finish, which may take up to ~2 minutes depending on the power of the machine
Note, a confirmation message may appear in the taskbar at the start of the procedure
Once installation is complete, in the control panel click on “Region” and go to additional settings.
In the Decimal symbol option, change the comma (,) to a dot (.)

If an error occurs at the start of the installation => check the prerequisites
If an error occurs several seconds after the start of the installation => this error can be ignored (a dependency being installed is already present on the computer)
For versions earlier than v14.34 only, open a ticket specifying your situation. Support will provide the missing dependencies
- If the web pages do not display correctly in airpack (schedules, kardex model, OE search, ...)
- If the directory C:\ADSOFTWARE\Firefox is empty after installation
For versions later than v14.34, open a ticket describing the problem with screenshots and if possible a way to take control of the computer in question (TeamViewer, Anydesk, RustDesk, ...)
